Data deletion

You can disconnect RingHelm and have your data deleted at any time.

Disconnect

• Phone line: stop forwarding your number to RingHelm, or release the number we provided.
• Store and calendar: remove RingHelm from your store's app or API keys page and from your Google account's third party access page.

Delete your data

Email privacy@ringhelm.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your data. We delete your account, recordings, transcripts and tickets within 30 days and confirm by email. If you called a business that uses RingHelm and want your call deleted, ask that business or write to us with the number you called from.
